OpenClaw Assistant ("the app") is a private, self-hosted, single-user personal assistant operated by and for its owner. This policy explains what data it accesses and how that data is handled.
The app is used solely by its owner (the holder of the Google Account it is connected to). It is not a public service and does not have other users.
Data is used only to provide the app's features to the owner (briefings, scheduling, and sending requested messages). It is processed on the owner's own hardware.
The app does not sell, rent, or share the owner's data with any third party. Data is not transferred to anyone other than the Google APIs required to provide the requested features.
The app holds only OAuth credentials needed to maintain access, stored securely on the owner's own machine with restricted file permissions. Calendar and message content is used transiently to fulfill a request and is not retained beyond what is needed to operate the assistant.
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner may revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
